With a normal conference, the organizers set up a program with speaker slots and wait for the crowd to fill the rooms. With an unconference, we try to avoid this hierarchical way of setting up the event. Instead, the event is participant-driven: Topics are voted for. Everyone is encouraged to speak their mind and participate in sessions.

During this unconference, the topics are determined by the attendees. To make this possible, in the morning, topics can be written down on Topic Forms that are then posted on a Scheduling Wall. Once this is done, votes can be made by everyone on all topics. The most popular topics are then scheduled by the team into time slots and rooms. This is the way.
